1.What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. “Local storage” and similar technologies store data in your browser. They help a site work, remember preferences, and understand usage. Some are set by us (“first-party”) and some by providers we use (“third-party”).
2.How we use them
We use these technologies in the following categories:
| Category | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Make the Site and builder work — load assets, keep your session, remember in-builder state, and protect security. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Service. |
| Functional / preferences | Remember choices such as settings within the builder to improve your experience. |
| Analytics / performance | Help us understand usage so we can improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified data where practical. Where required, these are used only with your consent. |
The marketing website uses only essential storage needed to display the page and run the interactive demos; it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The in-store builder may use essential and functional storage to operate within Shopify.
3.Third-party cookies
Some technologies are set by providers we rely on, including Shopify (which operates the storefront and checkout where the builder runs) and our infrastructure and analytics providers. Those parties’ use of cookies is governed by their own policies, which we do not control. See our Privacy Policy for how we share data.
4.Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — block, delete, or be warned before cookies are set. Removing or blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service. Where we use non-essential cookies that require consent, we will provide a way to manage your choices. To opt out of certain analytics, you can also use browser controls and, where supported, recognized opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control.
5.Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
