Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing and cancellation work for the GangNest app, and clarifies who is responsible for refunds on orders that End Customers place with a Merchant. It is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1.App fees & the 5% commission

The GangNest app is free to install, with no monthly fee. We charge a commission of 5% per order placed through the GangNest builder, billed through Shopify’s billing system. Except where required by law or expressly stated here, fees and commissions are non-refundable. Billing, invoicing, and any platform-level credits are handled by Shopify and are subject to Shopify’s terms.

2.Cancellation

You may stop using the app and cancel at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling ends future charges going forward; it does not entitle you to a refund of fees or commissions already incurred, except where required by law. Some sections of the Terms survive termination.

3.Orders End Customers place with a Merchant

GangNest does not sell, print, fulfill, or ship gang sheets. When an End Customer builds and buys a gang sheet, that purchase is a transaction between the End Customer and the Merchant. Any return, refund, reprint, cancellation, or dispute about that order is handled by the Merchant under the Merchant’s own policies — not by GangNest.

If you are an End Customer and want a refund or have an issue with your order or print, please contact the store (Merchant) you bought from. We are not a party to that transaction and have no obligation or ability to refund it.

4.Merchant responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for setting and honoring their own refund, return, reprint, and cancellation policies, for handling customer-service issues and chargebacks, and for complying with all consumer-protection and other laws that apply to their sales. The Service is a tool and does not assume any of these obligations on a Merchant’s behalf.

5.Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights. Where such rights apply, they prevail over any conflicting term to the extent required by law.
